1 For Pro and Premier: Additional licenses are required for simultaneous users; Enterprise Solutions: Licenses are available by 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 simultaneous user packs; Online Edition: Initial license includes 3 users plus your accountant. Any additional users (up to 20) requires additional licenses.
2 Enterprise Solutions allows you to add more than one-hundred thousand names (e.g., customers, vendors, employees) and up to one million items (e.g., inventory, non-inventory, and service items). Some performance degradation is likely as your lists approach these size thresholds.
3 ODBC–compliant applications, such as Microsoft Excel or Access, sold separately.
4 Requires Microsoft Excel 2000, 2002, or 2003, or 2007 sold separately. All QuickBooks data files must be generated by the same version of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions.
5 Internet connection required to activate and receive updates to the Employment Regulations Update Service. Purchase of Employee Organizer includes a 12-month subscription to the Employment Regulations Update Service. Fees apply after 12 months. 6 Product support is included with the Full Service Plan for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. The Full Service Plan is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Support availability subject to occasional downtime for systems and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays, and events beyond our controls.
